Doug comes to Tier One Warranty with over 20 years experience in the automotive industry. He has founded or co-founded several successful marketing and warranty administration companies. He has extensive experience with the design, production and marketing of several service contract programs.

Doug possesses strong marketing and management skills, having worked in sales and management for franchise dealerships as well as several warranty administrators. This diverse industry background brings a unique perspective to the management team and will help promote stronger relationships with our dealers and customers.

Doug has been recognized for his contributions to the automotive industry and is listed in the “Who’s Who in Industry and Business”.
