After completing his B.A. from the University of Texas and M.B.A. from the University of Dallas, Tim spent 11 years in sales and marketing with American Bankers Insurance Group (Assurant) before starting his own risk management consulting company (Risk Assure).

Risk Assure provided assistance to Third Party Administrators (TPA's) in operating efficiencies, reserve adequacy, insurance partnerships, underwriting support and technical claims training. Tim brings a wealth of industry knowledge to Tier One, along with an extensive network of TPA's, agents and insurers.
